1. Parties

Customer: any person placing an order on this site.
2. Products
Items are presented with images and descriptions as clear as possible. Images are representative; slight color variations may occur depending on lighting, screen calibration and the specific item.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (€). We operate under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA) — no VAT is charged (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is processed securely by credit/debit card at checkout. Production begins after payment confirmation.
4. Contract formation
The contract is formed at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processor. After confirmation, you receive an email with your order details.

7. Intellectual property
Designs, logos, texts and images are the exclusive property of Nelsane Wellspring. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable European and French law, including consumer, e-commerce and data protection rules. In case of dispute, both parties will try to find an amicable solution before using the competent legal channels.
