1. Parties
Seller: Nelsane Wellspring, an independent project in its start-up phase. Full legal seller details will be provided in the applicable sale documents and updated on this page when the business structure is finalized.
Customer: any person placing an order on this site.
2. Products
Items are prepared to order through technical production and delivery partners. Images are representative; slight color variations may occur depending on screen calibration.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (€), VAT included where applicable. At this stage, an order works as a reservation: after confirmation, payment instructions are sent by email. The item is prepared only after payment is confirmed.
4. Contract formation
Submitting the form creates an order reservation. The contract is considered formed when payment is confirmed and we send the corresponding confirmation.

7. Intellectual property
Designs, logos, texts and images are the exclusive property of Nelsane Wellspring. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable European and French law, including consumer, e-commerce and data protection rules. In case of dispute, both parties will try to find an amicable solution before using the competent legal channels.
