Order on this site
The customer places the order on this site. The full process behind the shop is being validated with the first real purchase. Until that validation is complete, operational details such as shipping times and service providers should be confirmed directly with us before relying on them.
If something is wrong
Defective print, wrong color, or different from what you ordered? In that case, we handle it simply. Contact us within 72 hours after receiving the order and send:
- The order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- What is different from expected
We send a replacement piece at no additional cost.
What is not covered
Except where there is a defect, an error in the item sent, or another applicable legal right, we usually cannot accept:
- Size chosen by the customer at checkout
- Color or design preference after delivery
- Change of mind after order confirmation
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit the consumer’s legal rights. In the European Union there is generally a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, with exceptions for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. When a situation is not clear, we review the request case by case.
